At Setblue Social, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal information.
If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can permanently delete your account and the associated
personal data directly from within the application.
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account?
You can permanently delete your Setblue Social account by following these steps:
1. Open the Setblue Social app.
2. Navigate to Profile → Profile Details.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm the deletion request.
5. Confirm your action.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
When you delete your account, Setblue Social permanently removes the personal information and
application data associated with your account, including:
Account profile information (such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile
picture)
Authentication credentials (including hashed passwords and social login associations)
Workspaces and workspace memberships
Scheduled and published post records
Connected social media account tokens and OAuth authorization data
Uploaded media files (images and videos)
Push notification tokens
Other application data associated with your account that is no longer required to provide our
services
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required to comply with applicable laws or legitimate
business obligations. This may include:
Subscription and billing records
Payment transaction history
Credit usage history
Security, audit, and system logs
Any retained information will be securely stored and used only for purposes such as legal compliance,
accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and regulatory obligations.
Connected Social Media Accounts
Deleting your Setblue Social account revokes our ability to access your connected social media accounts
through the permissions previously granted to us.
If you also wish to revoke Setblue Social’s access directly from a social media platform, you can do so
from the respective platform’s account settings.
Common locations include:
Facebook & Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites
LinkedIn: Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services
Pinterest: Settings → Security → Apps
Please note that revoking access through a social media platform does not automatically delete any data
previously stored within your Setblue Social account. To permanently remove your data from Setblue
Social, you must delete your account using the steps described above.
